Our cardiovascular area is loaded with more than 100 exercise machines including: treadmills, elliptical trainers, stair climbers, arc trainers, recumbent bikes, exercise bikes, rowers, and ergometers - 15 high definition flat screen televisions with integrated entertainment system.
In our group fitness studios we offer more than 60 classes each week including: Body Sculpt, Boot Camp, Circuit Training, Kick Boxing, Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, Spinning, Silver Sneakers, and Much More!
Ladies, we have a 3,000 square foot private womens only workout area so you can exercise discretely!
